About Us

Billy and Eleanor operate Happy Day Tours from the Gap of Dunloe, Beaufort, Killarney with daily private tours picking up in Killarney and elsewhere each morning, as well as Airport transfers.

Both are highly skilled and motivated individuals having worked in Tourism for over the past thirty years and now embarking on a lifetime dream to show off our beautiful country and Wild Atlantic Way.

Billy previously worked for Kerry Airport as Aviation Fuel Manager and having recently retired from this position, he then pursued his love of driving by taking Children to St. Francis Special School Beaufort. He is a keen musician and plays Irish Traditional music, also throws in a song or two along with his other pastimes which include walking and hiking the stunning Killarney National Park and Mountains.

Eleanor worked as a Hotel Manager at the four star Ross Hotel with the Treacy family who also own and operate the five star Killarney Park Hotel in Killarney town centre. She has a quick and thorough understanding of customer priorities and always acts with your interests in mind.

She has a huge love of her county and enjoys walking, hiking and showing off our beautiful scenic surroundings and looks forward to sharing it with our valued clients on a daily basis.
